FAILSAFE Diet - List contains Salicylate and Amine contents of vegetables and fruits. Salicylates in particular may affect reflux, so introducing low salicylate foods first is a good idea.

This is the diet that the FAILSAFE diet is based on. FAILSAFE goes a step further looking at additives, but for children with reflux it is often Salicylates in particular that are the problem. The diet should be supervised.
