Surgery is the last resort for severe GORD either with complications or ongoing GORD that is not able to be controlled with medications.
I’m going to add some New Zealand web links that are now available to this page. Some are specific to children and others are not.
One of the links is to information on our website that we were given permission to use from overseas and is now quite old, but still reasonably relevant. Just remember that it is not from NZ and there may be newer techniques being used by local surgeons.
